With winter temperatures dropping, it's not just us trying to find shelter from the cold, small animals also like to take shelter.

Remember to be mindful of your car and check it for any intruders, such as mice. They can wreak havoc in just a few days, so remain alert to the possibility of thousands of dollars in damage.

If your car isn't used often or in storage, then checking under the bonnet before you fire up the engine is highly recommended.
